When i started 3D computer modeling i thought making 2D characters would be a breeze but i was mistaken. It took me days to make a character move an arm now thanks to my teacher i am able to make a character do a whole action movie and put it on YouTube in just hours.
The story I'm telling is about a boy trying to get an apple from a tree. While the boy tries and tries again he just can't reach thee apple so out of frustration he throws a fit and kicks the tree doing so cause the apple to break loose and fall on his head.
The program i used to make this was adobe flash, adobe Photoshop, adobe sound booth, and adobe after effects.
1st) i used adobe photo shop to make the background
2nd) i drew pictures of my character and downloaded to the computer via scanner.
3rd) colored and animated my character on adobe flash.
4th) took some sound effects from shock wave-sound.com and use adobe sound booth to adjust it to the way i wanted it to sound.
5th) i put everything together on adobe after effects.
and that's how i created "The Boy and the Tree".
